Because a hands-on evaluation is often necessary to pinpoint the problem, we ask that you drop off your equipment so our technicians can complete a full diagnostic.

A $35 diagnostic fee only applies if you decide not to move forward with the repair. If you approve the repair—or if it turns out the repair can’t be completed—that fee is waived entirely.
