Free Admission
The first 5,000 patrons who arrive between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm and donate three nonperishable food items at the Mid Gate will receive one free Summerfest admission ticket valid only for that day. Canned fruits and vegetables are especially appreciated, and all donations benefit Hunger Task Force.
Shuttle Expectations
Only performers are guaranteed a seat on the shuttle. While we have often been able to accommodate parents, it is not guaranteed. If shuttle space is unavailable, parents may enter through the South Gate once it opens at 12:00 pm.
After the performance, students who are leaving Summerfest may ride the shuttle back to Lot E with their instruments. Students planning to stay at Summerfest may leave their instruments with Rich and Drew for transport back to West Bend Music Academy. Because instruments may remain in locked vehicles for several hours, heat may cause damage, particularly to acoustic instruments. Families choosing this option do so at their own risk. Students must personally check in with Rich or Drew and bring their instruments to the designated drop off location by the stage. Instruments will only be transported if they are checked in by the student.
Check Out
Before leaving the performance area, all students should check out with Rich, Jay, or Drew to ensure that every instrument and piece of equipment has been accounted for.
